With an extensive tenure exceeding 14 years in the financial
                                services industry, Craig has developed a deep expertise, particularly in the Middle
                                East, where he has spent over a decade steering growth and innovation.
His strategic leadership was previously showcased during his
                                tenure
                                as Chief Operating Officer at GTN Middle East Financial Services and Lombard Forte
                                Securities, where he directed key firm-wide transformations that advanced operational
                                efficiency, technological innovation, and strategic market expansion.
Craig’s expertise spans across capital markets, technology
                                solutions, and corporate governance, showcasing his proven ability to synchronise
                                complex infrastructural needs with ambitious business objectives.
His leadership is characterised by a rigorous analytical approach
                                and a strong commitment to corporate excellence.
He holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and both a
                                B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Warwick, in the United
                                Kingdom— credentials that underpin his robust understanding of both the operational and
                                strategic facets of the business.

Ivan Mistretta is a distinguished leader in the financial services
                                sector, boasting profound expertise in both traditional financial markets and the
                                burgeoning realm of digital assets As the Board Member and Head of FX and Digital Assets
                                at EGS Capital, Dubai, Ivan leads strategic initiatives and oversees technology
                                implementations across a diverse spectrum of asset classes.
His tenure at Britannia Global Markets in the UK was marked by
                                notable achievements, where he led the expansive development of the firm’s FX
                                operations, encompassing multiple business lines and products.
Additionally, Ivan holds advisory roles that include Advisor to
                                BGM FX and Board Member at Britannia Digital Holdings, reflecting his continued
                                expertise within the industry. 
Ivan graduated with First-Class Honours in Management with
                                Accounting from Royal Holloway, University of London, earning accolades for his academic
                                prowess.
His analytical acumen, operational leadership, and unwavering
                                commitment to innovation have solidified his reputation as a visionary in financial
                                technology and trading. Ivan is fluent in both English and Italian, enhancing his

Usman Basit

Usman Basit is a Board Member of EGS, and an accomplished,
                                results-driven executive with a proven track record in finance management, business
                                development, strategy, and operations.
With deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, strategic
                                execution, and risk management, he has consistently served as a trusted advisor to CEOs
                                and Boards—offering actionable insights on both financial and operational matters.
                        
Usman has held senior executive positions within regulated
                                financial services institutions and has served on the boards of international investment
                                banking and financial advisory firms.
His experience spans both regulated and non-regulated ventures
                                across key UAE jurisdictions, including the Central Bank of the UAE (CB UAE), Abu Dhabi
                                Global Market (ADGM), Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and the Securities
                                and Commodities Authority (SCA).
In addition to his leadership roles, Usman brings extensive
                                experience from top-tier accounting firms, where he advised clients across a wide range
                                of industries in audit and assurance, financial consulting, and accounting advisory
                                services.
He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified
                                Accountants (FCCA) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
