Craig Rice serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of EGS Capital, leading the firm’s strategic growth, governance, and expansion across global markets. With over 14 years of experience in financial services, including more than a decade in the Middle East, he plays a key role in advancing EGS Capital’s position as a market-leading, regulated, multi-asset brokerage combining institutional discipline with modern technology.
Before joining EGS Capital, Craig held senior executive roles as Chief Operating Officer at GTN Middle East Financial Services and Lombard Forte Securities, where he led major operational transformations that enhanced efficiency, modernised infrastructure, and strengthened the firms’ competitive positioning within the regional markets.
At EGS Capital, Craig’s leadership is defined by a forward-looking approach that seeks to bridge traditional and digital finance under a unified, transparent, and client focused model.
He holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and both a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom— qualifications that reflect his blend of analytical depth, technological expertise, and strategic leadership

His tenure at Britannia Global Markets in the UK was marked by notable achievements, where he led the expansive development of the firm’s FX operations, encompassing multiple business lines and products.
Additionally, Ivan holds advisory roles that include Advisor to BGM FX and Board Member at Britannia Digital Holdings, reflecting his continued expertise within the industry.
Ivan graduated with First-Class Honours in Management with Accounting from Royal Holloway, University of London, earning accolades for his academic prowess.
His analytical acumen, operational leadership, and unwavering commitment to innovation have solidified his reputation as a visionary in financial technology and trading. Ivan is fluent in both English and Italian, enhancing his capability to engage with a global audience and lead with cultural competence.

Usman Basit is a Board Member of EGS, and an accomplished, results-driven executive with a proven track record in finance management, business development, strategy, and operations.
With deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, strategic execution, and risk management, he has consistently served as a trusted advisor to CEOs and Boards—offering actionable insights on both financial and operational matters.
Usman has held senior executive positions within regulated financial services institutions and has served on the boards of international investment banking and financial advisory firms.
His experience spans both regulated and non-regulated ventures across key UAE jurisdictions, including the Central Bank of the UAE (CB UAE), Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA).
In addition to his leadership roles, Usman brings extensive experience from top-tier accounting firms, where he advised clients across a wide range of industries in audit and assurance, financial consulting, and accounting advisory services.
He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
